RULES APPLICABLE TO ALL REPAIRS

♫ 1 month guarantee on all work done. Please keep your repair note as proof of your guarantee. Without the repair note you will be charged accordingly.

♫ For any repairs over R250 the client will be asked telephonically for permission to continue with the job. After permission has been given, you will be liable for the costs incurred.

♫ Unclaimed items / items that are not paid in full will be sold after 1 month without any further notice. The proceeds will be used to cover costs incurred for the repair and storage.

♫ Your successfully repaired item will only be returned to you if payment is made in cash on collection / via EFT BEFORE collection. Proof of payment will be required. NO exceptions will be made. NO equipment will be released without FULL payment.

♫ All items are left at the customer’s own risk and DJ Dean SA will not be held liable for any loss or damage to any equipment.

♫ No minimum workshop fees will be applicable. If we cannot fix it, you don’t have to pay anything.
